The way our tags work is very simple yet highly effective against loss. Every tag has it’s own unique ID code.
The first step is to register the code and add your contact details. This takes just a few seconds.

If your luggage goes missing, airport staff can enter in the code found on the back of your tag on our website.
They are presented with your contact details and can then get in touch with you and even forward your baggage to your destination.

THE PROCESS

1. Simply click on the register button on our website
2. Enter the unique code found on the back of the TAG
3. Enter your email address & optionally a contact number
4. Now attach your TAG to your luggage using the simple loop system – That’s it!

ADD YOUR ITINERARY

OPTIONAL: You can add your travel details for each trip such as destination & flight numbers by clicking on the (add itinerary) button.
Should your luggage go missing this may speed up the process of airport staff getting your lost luggage back to you.
